ELIXHER editor-in-chief Kimberley McLeod shares why she created this resource for Black queer women as well as the media’s role in affirming and amplifying. She also talks about what factors helped the publication surpass its goal, like relying heavily on community members and community groups to help mobilize and spread the word.
