Too often the voices of bisexual men and women are rendered silent. It’s also common for members of the lesbian, gay, and transgender community to discriminate against their bi brothers and sisters. Adrienne Williams (pictured), founder of the Bi Social Network, created an outlet to address the needs of this frequently overlooked segment of our community. Check it out!

What is the Bi Social Network?

Bi Social Network is the first interactive bisexual website dealing with sexuality, social events and community. The site primarily focuses on bisexual men, women, teens and social issues surrounding the myths (biphobia) of bisexuality in the gay, lesbian and straight communities. The topics range from politics to pop culture.

Who’s behind the Bi Social Network?

Adrienne Williams started Bi Social Network in December of 2008 and has worked to raise bisexual visibility in entertainment, print and new online media. She has also spearheaded a yearlong campaign called ‘I am Visible’ for bisexuals to speak out about key issues using video, imagery and personal stories.
