Mothertongue’s Anti-Valentine’s Day Slam
It’s that time of year again. Time for the women of DC to test their performance and poetic chops on the mothertongue stage. Poets should bring two poems of three minutes or less to be scored by random members of the audience (and a guest judge or two). Yes. There will be prizes! The only rule? No love poems.
