At a recent HRC event, Traipsing Thru Films, an outlet for LGBT news, politics, entertainment interviewed Sherri Saum, star of the new ABC Family series The Fosters. Saum plays a lesbian mom raising a multicultural family of biological and adopted kids with her partner. The actress was born to a German mother and an African-American father.
